DATA DISCLOSURE POLICY

We are committed to protecting personal data but understand that there may be legitimate reasons to request access to registration data.

We honor all disclosure requests that are backed by a valid court order from Cyprus. Other requests will be assessed individually to determine whether we are legally required or prohibited from sharing the requested information.

To submit a disclosure request, please include the following:

1. The domain name(s) relevant to the request.
2. A detailed list of the data elements being requested.
3. The identity of the requestor, including contact details, type of organization or individual, and, where applicable, a power of attorney or similar documentation authorizing the requestor to act on someone else's behalf.
4. The legal basis and justification for the request.
5. A statement confirming that the request is made in good faith.
6. A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the request is accurate.
7. A written confirmation that the requestor will comply with all applicable laws, particularly those related to the lawful processing of data under the GDPR.

You will receive a confirmation once your request is received. We aim to respond with the outcome within thirty (30) calendar days via email.

We reserve the right to deny future requests from individuals who are abusive, consistently provide false or misleading information, or otherwise pose a significant threat to the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
